Apology for absence It is understood that because of the exigencies
of their professional commitments, some Rotarians who have not given an apology
for absence may not be able to arrive at the Bull Hotel in time for lunch. However, it would greatly assist the catering
staff at the Bull Hotel if those Rotarians who know for certain that they will
not be able to attend would send their apologies. Vegetarian option and
other dietary requirements If you, or
your guest, require a salad, a vegetarian option or other dietary requirement,
please advise Rtn John Hutchison before 9.00 a.m. on the
